The hotel is unique with great pool and magnificent location on the menu in the restaurant. The breakfast is hot with veggie, Bacon, sugary orange juice, and the service is excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the staff, they are welcoming and incredible.

Clean, comfortable room with jaw-dropping furnishings. Super friendly and helpful staff. Mind-blowing buffet breakfast included. EXCELLENT facilities including underground parking, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, fitness centre, spa & wellness centre. Wow! Endless activities for kids like water slides, aqua park, game room, and kids club. Plus, a fantastic restaurant with great service. Can't wait to return.

Everything was good, the parking was on site, the room was reasonably large. The restaurant was amazing with great food and service here, I had hot dishes. I had lovely bed, central heating, a work desk, and a cable TV.

The location was stunning and great in a pretty nice area, so close to Portugal and the northern outskirts of the town. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake. The offered breakfast was satisfactory with sugary orange juice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with great location by palm trees and near the highest mountain in Portugal. The cleanliness was impressive and the hotel facilities were excellent. The parking was convenient and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also very good.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had a fantastic family stay in a well-located hotel with beautiful decor and clean, spacious bedrooms. The diverse breakfast had options even for lactose intolerant people. We enjoyed the various spacious relaxation areas on all floors and the lovely outdoor pool that had plenty of sunbrollies. The staff was friendly and helpful all throughout.

There was a need for improvement in logistics, such as reserving the parking spaces for checking in and out to ease access and improve cleanliness.

The hotel is a bit gloomy. The corridors very dark in the room as well. The bed was a little bit small about 140 cm. Little storage space in the bathroom. The pool area is beautiful and the pool bar has not excessive prices e.g. beer 1.50 Euro. The breakfast room is canteen style. The coffee is good and it has fresh fruit and canned fruit. The restaurant was well attended, we had dinner there twice - it was good.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to the city center and with easy access to public transportation. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, with all the necessary amenities for a city trip. I also appreciated the friendly staff who went out of their way to help me with directions and recommendations.

The hotel's breakfast was a letdown. The options were limited and the quality of the food was not up to my standards.
